Installing the Windmill Client
The Windmill Client is obtained via the web. To begin, launch Internet Explorer on the mobile device by tapping Start > Internet Explorer. If the address bar is not visible or you have trouble connecting to web sites, please view our Pocket PC troubleshooting page for more information about how to resolve these issues.
In the address bar, type http://windmill.datasplice.com/Windmill and tap the green arrow button 
to load the web page.
Windmill Homepage
This will bring up the Windmill homepage. The page states some general information about Windmill.
Towards the beginning of the page, there is a link titled here. Tap that link to continue. You will be taken to another page with an additional here link. Again, tap the link to continue.
Begin Download
This will display a dialog box to confirm the download of the installation file. Make sure that the Open file after download option is checked and then tap the Yes button. This will ensure that the installation program begins immediately after the Windmill file downloads.
Download in Progress
The Windmill program will download to the mobile device, during which time you will see a progress bar with the download status.
Download Complete
Once Windmill has finished downloading, you will want to install the file. You will be presented with a screen with an Install button on it. Tap this button to complete the installation of the Windmill Client.
After the installation is complete, you will be taken to a screen where you can begin using the Windmill Client program. For further informaton, please see the following Using the Windmill Client section.
