Failure Reporting
The Failure Reporting view can be used to enter the problem, cause, and remedy codes for a particular work order. To get to this screen, select the Failure Reporting link from the navigation menu at the bottom of the client window, and tap Go:

The Failure Reporting view has multiple fields. The following is a brief description of each:
| Field Name | Value |
|---|---|
| Workorder | The workorder number |
| Equipment | The equipment number |
| Failure Code | The failure code (class) for the equipment |
| Problem | The problem code for the associated failure code (class) |
| Cause | The cause code for the associated problem |
| Remedy | The remedy code for the associated cause |
| Description | Any additional comments or failure remarks |
| SITEID | The identification for the site in question |
