Planned Labor

To get to the Planned Labor screen, select the Planned Labor link from the navigation menu at the bottom of the client window, and tap Go:

This will take you to the Planned Labor screen.

Planned Labor To enter planned labor:

  1. Enter a work order number in the Workorder filter field.
  2. Tap the New Record button New Record .
  3. The Labor Code field will be automatically generated.
  4. Fill in the remaining fields accordingly.
  5. When you are done, tap the Commit Changes button Commit Changes to save the record.

The Planned Labor view has multiple fields. The following is a brief description of each:

Field Name Value
Workorder The workorder number
Labor Code The technician or craft involved in this labor
Quantity The number of technicians or crafts involved in this labor
Hours The number of hours of labor provided
Rate The hourly rate of the labor
LDKEY The long description key
VENDOR The vendor who provided the labor
