Tag Outs
Tag Outs is a read-only view of tag out procedures for a given work order. Tag outs contain information for processes to ensure safety when servicing particular equipment. The Tag Outs view contains information for procedures that should be followed to tag the equipment while being serviced for a particular work order. To get to the Tag Outs screen, select the View Tag Outs link from the navigation menu at the bottom of the client window, and tap Go:

To search for the tag out information for a particular work order:
To view the lock out steps for a given tag out procedure, highlight the desired tag out record, select View Tag Locks from the navigation menu, and tap the Go button. For further information, see the following Tag Locks page. |
to retrieve the hazard data for the specified work order.
The Tag Outs view has multiple fields. The following is a brief description of each:
