The DataSplice barcode printing plug-in must be installed on the same server machine that the DataSplice Server is installed on.

Launching the Setup Wizard

To begin installing the DataSplice barcode printing plug-in, launch the DataSplice Printing Plug-In Installer version.exe file, where version refers to the specific version of the plug-in, such as 2.1.47. If the file is not currently on the server computer, it can be downloaded by logging in to http://www.datasplice.com to access the customer downloads page.

By default, the destination is C:\Program Files\DataSplice3\, but if the destination folder is incorrect, it can be changed by clicking the Browse button. After the new destination has been selected, click the Install button to continue the installation.

During the installation, a progress bar will appear and Completed will appear in the top left when the installation is complete.

The user can click Close to exit the installer or click Details to view the details of the installation.
