DataSplice 2.3.x

Successfully navigating through the DataSplice 2.3.x Remote Client relied rather heavily on the use of the touch screen and stylus. While a menu existed, it did not provide many navigation options to the users. It was necessary to select views and navigation items by tapping them with the stylus on the touch screen.

DataSplice 3.0.x

Moving around in the DataSplice 3.0.x Remote Client can be accomplished by selecting different items and queries from the navigation bar. When the ENTER key is pressed, the navigation bar opens. Items can then be selected from the list with the stylus, or they can be browsed with the keypad directional buttons. This makes it possible to successfully navigate throughout the Remote Client with or without the use of the touch screen and the stylus.
