Launching the DataSplice Remote Client

To begin, the DataSplice Remote Client application needs to be launched.

Windows Mobile (Pocket PC) Devices

On a Pocket PC (Windows Mobile) device, the DataSplice Remote Client application can be launched by using the following steps:

  1. Click Start > Programs.

  2. In the resulting Programs menu, click the DataSplice 3.0 icon.

  3. The application will be launched and the login dialog box will be displayed. For additional information on logging in, authenticating, and connecting, see the beginning a session section.

Windows 32 Desktop Environments

On a Windows 32 desktop environment, the DataSplice Remote Client application can be launched by using the following steps:

  1. Click Start > Programs > DataSplice 3.0 > Remote Client.

  2. The application will be launched and the login dialog box will be displayed. For additional information on logging in, authenticating, and connecting, see the beginning a session section.
