Equipment Specifications
Description
Equipment Specifications is a view designed to provide an efficient means of displaying and updating equipment specifications.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Attribute | The attribute in question associated with a piece of equipment |
| Description | Description of the piece of equipment in question. |
| Number Value | Numeric value associated with this equipment's attribute. |
| ALN Value | Alpha-numeric value associated with this equipment's attribute. |
Using the View
Equipment View List
To access the Equipment Specifications screen, double tap on the name with the stylus, or select the name and hit the Enter key.
Searching for Records
The Equipment Specifications screen initially displays a pre-defined filter for record searches. Key in, or scan, the desired values to search on, then hit the Enter key.
Display Modes
Optionally, you can tap on either of the display mode toolbar buttons.
- Display results in data grid mode.
- Display results in single record mode.

Editing Fields
There are two editable fields on this screen:
- Number Value - The new (numeric) value for the specification attribute.
- ALN Value - The new text value for the specification attribute.
To edit an attribute value, key in, or scan, the new value into the Number Value or ALN Value value cell.
