Issue of Reserved Material
Description
Issue of Reserved Material is a view designed to easily issue reserved material to a work order, general ledger account, location, or piece of equipment.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Item | The unique identifier for a piece of inventory in the system. |
| Issue Unit | The unit of measure used when referring to the quantity of this item. |
| Description | Description of the item in question. |
| Quantity | The quantity to issue. |
| Bin | Physical bin where the item is located. |
| Reserved Quantity | Quantity requested by this reservation. |
| Actual Quantity | Actual quantity received thus far. |
| Requested By | Labor Code of the person who requested this reservation. |
| Request Number | Identifier for this reservation. |
| Work Order | Identifier for the associated work order. |
Using the View
Inventory View List
To access the Issue of Reserved Material screen, double tap on the name with the stylus, or select the name and hit the Enter key.
Searching for Records
The Issue of Reserved Material screen initially displays a pre-defined filter for item reservation searches based on work order. Key in, or scan, the desired values to search on, then hit the Enter key.
Display Modes
Optionally, you can tap on either of the display mode toolbar buttons:
- Display results in data grid mode.
- Display results in single record mode.

Editing Fields
There is one editable field on this screen:
- Quantity - Enter the amount or number of the item being issued for this line.
