Measure Points
Description
Measure Points is a view designed to provide an efficient means of displaying and updating measurements for points associated with a piece of equipment.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Equipment | The unique identifier for a piece of equipment in the system. |
| Description | Description of the piece of equipment in question. |
| Point Number | Unique identifier of the point in question. |
| Point Name | Name of the point in question. |
| Measure Date | Date of the last measurement of the point in question. |
| Measurement Value | Last value of the measurement of the point in question. |
| Unit of Measure | The unit of measure associated with the point in question. |
| Lower Action | The lower action of the point in question. |
| Lower Warning | The lower warning of the point in question. |
| Upper Action | The upper action of the point in question. |
| Upper Warning | The upper warning of the point in question. |
Using the View
Equipment View List
To access the Measure Points screen, double tap on the name with the stylus, or select the name and hit the Enter key.

Searching for Records
The Measure Points screen initially displays a pre-defined filter for record searches. Key in, or scan, the desired values to search on, then hit the Enter key.

Display Modes
Optionally, you can tap on either of the display mode toolbar buttons:
- Display results in data grid mode.
- Display results in single record mode.

Editing Fields
There is one editable field on this screen:
- Measurement Value - The new (numeric) value for the measurement being taken or observed.
To enter a measurement value, key in the new value into the Measurement Value value cell.
