Work Order Failure Reporting
Description
Work Order Failure Reporting is a view designed to provide an efficient means of updating work order failure reports.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Work Order | The work order number. |
| Equipment | The equipment number. |
| Failure Code | The failure code (class) for the equipment. |
| Problem | The problem code for the associated failure code (class). |
| Cause | The cause code for the associated problem. |
| Remedy | The remedy code for the associated cause. |
| Description | Any additional comments or failure remarks. |
Using the View
Failure Reporting
Using the Work Order Tracking view navigation, select the View/Modify Failure Reporting option.
Note: Navigation links are based on user permissions. Some of the links may not appear on your screen.
Editing the Record
There are four editable fields on this screen:
- Failure Code
- Problem
- Cause
- Remedy
In the corresponding fields, choose the appropriate failure, problem, cause, and remedy codes.
