Work Order Labor Reporting

Description

Work Order Labor Reporting is a view designed to provide an efficient means of updating, approving, and inserting new labor transactions.

Fields

Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.

Field Name Description
Work Order The work order number.
Start Date The date the work was started.
Labor Code The name or identifier of the employee.
Start Time The time the work was started.
Finish Date The date the work was completed.
Finish Time The time the work was completed.
Hours The number of hours spent.
OT Hours The number of overtime hours.
Read Only? This shows if the record is read-only or not (Y or N)
Trans Date The date and time of the transaction.

Using the View

Failure Reporting

Using the Work Order Tracking view navigation, select the View Labor option.

Note: Navigation links are based on user permissions. Some of the links may not appear on your screen.

Editing the Record

There are multiple editable fields on this screen:

  • Labor Code
  • Start Date
  • Start Time
  • Finish Date
  • Finish Time
  • Hours
  • Over Time

Click the Create New Record button to start a new labor transaction. If it is not populated by default, key or scan in the labor code in the corresponding field. Enter the hours worked and verify that the start and finish times are correct.
