Description
Work Order Safety & Hazards is a read-only view designed to provide an efficient means of displaying information regarding work order safety & hazards.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Work Order | The work order number. |
| Hazard | The hazard identifier. |
| Hazard Description | The description of the hazard. |
| Precaution | The precaution identifier. |
| Precaution Description | The description of the precaution. |
Using the View
Work Order View List
Using the Work Order Tracking view navigation, select the View Safety Information option.
Note: Navigation links are based on user permissions. Some of the links may not appear on your screen.
Display Modes
Work Order Safety & Hazards is a read-only view. Selecting either of the display mode toolbar buttons will determine how the information is presented on the screen:
- Display the results in data grid mode.
- Display the results in single record mode.
