Work Order Tag Locks
Description
Work Order Tag Locks is a read-only view designed to provide an efficient means of displaying work order tag locks.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Lock Out Description | A description of a lock out step. |
| Device Description | A description of the part or piece of equipment. |
| Required State | The necessary state of the device. |
| Location | The location of the part or piece of equipment. |
| Equipment | The equipment number. |
| Apply Sequence | The sequence in which the locks are applied. |
| Remove Sequence | The sequence in which the locks are removed. |
Using the View
Work Order View List
Using the Work Order Tracking view navigation, select the View Tag Locks option.
Note: Navigation links are based on user permissions. Some of the links may not appear on your screen.
Display Modes
Work Order Tag Locks is a read-only view. Selecting either of the display mode toolbar buttons will determine how the information is presented on the screen:
- Display the results in data grid mode.
- Display the results in single record mode.
