Work Order Tasks
Description
Work Order Tasks is a view designed to provide an efficient means of displaying and updating work order tasks.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| TaskID | Unique identifier for this task. |
| Description | A brief description of this task. |
| Observation | The inspection data for this task. |
| Point Number | The point number that the measurement corresponds to. |
| Measurement Value | The measurement value takend for this task. |
| Measure Date | Date and time the measurement was taken. |
| Location | The location of the equipment invovled in this work order. |
| Sequence | The work orde sequence number. |
| Equipment | The unique identifier for this equipment. |
| Status | The status of the work order, such as INPRG which repesents in progress. |
| Target Start | The tentative start date and time. |
| Target Complete | The tentative finish date and time. |
| Inspector | The individual who performed the task. |
| Failure Code | The code representing the reason for failure. |
| Problem Code | The code representing the specific problem; the available choices are determined by the failure code that was selected in the previous field. |
| Lead Craft | The craft responsible for this task. |
| Crew | The crew responsible for this task. |
| Supervisor | Overseeing person accountable for the work being performed. |
| Respond By | The date to respond by. |
| Equipment Priority | The priority of the equipment. |
| Calc Priority | The calc priority |
| GLAccount | The general ledger account responsible for this task. |
| Work Location | Location of the work being performed. |
| Work Order | The unique identifier for the work order to which this task belongs. |
Using the View
Work Order View List
Using the Work Order Tracking view navigation, select the View Tasks option.

Display Modes
Selecting either of the display mode toolbar buttons will determine how the information is presented on the screen:
- Display the results in data grid mode.
- Display the results in single record mode.

Editing Tasks
There are multiple editable fields on this screen:
- Inspector
- Status
- Failure Code
- Problem Code
- Measurement Value
- Measure Date
- Completion Date
- Observation

Associated Navigation Options
- View Failure Reporting - Allows the user to update and add failure reporting details added to the associated work order. See the explanation of the Work Order Failure Reporting view for more details.
- View Labor - Allows the user to view and add labor records. See the explanation of the Work Order Labor Reporting view for more details.
- View Long Description - Allows the user to view and append to any long description associated with this work order. See the Work Order Long Description view for more details.
- View Material - Allows the user to add and update any material records associated with this work order. See the explanation of the Issue of Material view for more details.
- View Safety Information - Allows the user to view safety information associated with this work order. See the explanation of the Work Order Safety & Hazards view for more details.
- View Tag Outs - Allows the user to display tag outs and tag locks associated with this equipment. See the explanation of the Work Order Tag Outs view for more details.
