Work Plan Material
Description
Work Plan Material is a view designed to provide an efficient means of displaying and updating material transactions for a work plan.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Work Order | The work order number. |
| Item | The item number. |
| Description | A brief description of the item. |
| Model Number | The model number of the item. |
| Catalog Number | The catalog number of the item. |
| Order Units | The unit of measure in which the item is ordered. |
| Quantity | The quantity of the item. |
| Unit Cost | The cost, per unit, of the item. |
| Vendor | The vendor of the item. |
| Required Date | The date this item needs to be in place. |
| Requested By | The person who made the request for the item. |
| Issue To | The person the item is issued to. |
| Manufacturer | The manufacturer of the item. |
| Location | The location of the item. |
Using the View
Work Order View List
Using the Work Order Tracking view navigation, select the View Planned Material option.
Note: Navigation links are based on user permissions. Some of the links may not appear on your screen.
Display Modes
Selecting either of the display mode toolbar buttons will determine how the information is presented on the screen:
- Display the results in data grid mode.
- Display the results in single record mode.
