Reserved Material
Description
Reserved Material is a view designed to easily issue material to a work order by displaying the list of reserved items for a given work order and allowing the user to enter issue quantities in the style of a pick list.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |

| Item | The unique identifier for a piece of inventory in the system. |
| Description | Description of the item in question. |
| Quantity | The current amount to be issued in this transaction. |
| Storeroom | Physical storeroom where the item is located. |
| Bin | Physical bin where the item is located. |
| Reserved Qty | The amount remaining based on expected usage. |
| Issued Qty | The amount issued to the work order to date. |
| Issue Unit | The unit of measure used when referring to the quantity of this item. |
| Requested By | Labor code of person requesting material. |
| Request Number | The reservation ID number. |
| Work Order | The work order related to this transaction. |
Using the View
Inventory View List
To access the Reserved Material screen, double tap on the name with the stylus, or select the name and hit the "Enter" key.
Searching for Records
The Reserved Material screen initially displays a predefined filter for searching on work order. Key in, or scan, the desired value to search on then hit the "Enter" key.
Display Modes
Single Record Display/Edit Mode
Enter the Quantity (number of items) being issued at this time. Optionally, you can select a different bin value if the default bin shown is incorrect.
Tap on the Filter 
button to return to the filter screen to issue more items for a different work order.
Grid Display/Edit Mode
Enter the Quantity (number of items) being issued at this time. Optionally, you can select a different bin value if the default bin shown is incorrect.
Tap on the Filter button to return to the filter screen to issue more items for a different work order.
Navigation Associated With the View
- View Selection – Returns to the user to the list of available views.
- Search by Work Order – Returns to the user to the default filter screen for Reserved Material.
