Work History
Description
Work History is a read-only view designed to provide an efficient means of displaying historical work order by asset and/or location.
Fields
Below is a listing of the fields included in this view.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Work Order | The work order number. |
| Description | A description of the work order. |
| Location | The equipment location of the work order. |
| Loc Desc | The location description. |
| Asset Number | The equipment number. |
| Asset Desc | The Asset/Equipment description. |
| Status | The status of the work order (such as APPR for Approval). |
| Priority | The priority level of the associated work order. |
| Work Type | The type of work (such as CM for Corrective Maintenance). |
| Parent | The work order number for the parent work order. |
| Supervisor | The assigned supervisor. |
| Target Start | The targeted date and time for work to begin. |
| Lead | The assigned craft for the work order. |
| Has LD | Does the work order have a long description? |
Using the View
Work History
Using the Work Orders view navigation, select the View Work History option.
Note: Navigation links are based on user permissions. Some of the links may not appear on your screen.

Navigation Associated With the View
Using the Work Order Tag Outs view navigation, select the Work Orders option. The user will be navigated back to the work order.
- View Failure Reporting - A link to a view that allows the user to view failure reporting for the selected work order.
