Upgrading Mobile Devices
Once the DataSplice Server and associated plug-ins have been upgraded, it is important to ensure that all Remote Client installations are upgraded as well. While we do strive to keep newer versions of DataSplice backwards compatible as much as possible, upgrading the Remote Client on all mobile mobile devices ensures that they are able to fully utilize the improved features and performance of the new version.
For those Remote Client applications that are installed on mobile devices, there are two distinct ways to perform the upgrade.
