Upgrading Mobile Devices with Windmill
Once the configuration items for your Windmill group have been updated on the Windmill Server, as discussed in a previous section of this manual, the Windmill Client application can be used to install the appropriate software. Using Windmill is the preferred upgrade method over a manual installation process, as Windmill offers a more efficient and user-friendly installation process. In this manner, the Windmill provisioning service greatly simplifies the upgrade process for mobile devices. To complete the upgrade process on mobile devices using Windmill, complete the steps detailed in the Windmill Client manual.
