These are not complaints just constructive feedback to help you improve your product and documentation. Your staff was very responsive and helpful as we encountered these issues and we would like to express our thanks for your efforts especially in light of the fact that we were under a tight timeline to deliver a demonstration of the product.

1 - The Java Bridge Config section refers to a file by the name of JNBridge.config, which does not exist and should say JNBProxy.config (at least for Maximo 5.2 patch 2).

2 - The Java Bridge Config section also refers to a file by the name of JNBProxy.dll, which does not exist and should say JNBShare.dll (at least for Maximo 5.2 patch 2).

3 - The installation routine creates a folder structure with one path branch equal to...
x:\\Program Files\Datasplice\MaximoData\MaximoProxys\Max5.2-patch2

However, the Install routine later tries to reference this folder but is looking for ...
x:\\Program Files\Datasplice\MaximoData\MaximoProxys\Maximo5.2-patch2, which does not allow the install to occur and generates an error. We had to rename the folder to get the install to work properly.

4 - We are running Maximo 5.2 Patch 2a, which has been out since about August 2004. You did not have a proxy for this Maximo Patch level. Your Maximo 5.2 patch 2 proxy does not work with Maximo 5.2 Patch 2a. You did give us a new proxy that appears to work thus far but is not integrated into your product installation.
