Enhancements:
- Switched to using SerialPort class built into .NET (as of 2.0). Old API was not working on a device with an external serial port.
- Added RAW pass through printer support to the plug-in to allow arbitrary raw commands to be sent directly to the printer.
- For IPL printer language: Added printer modification, "Top Of Form".
- For ZPL printer language: Added MediaTracking attribute to ZPL printers' Label element. Allowed values: continuous, gap and mark; and added MediaType printer modification.
- Group Count function was off by one attribute. References were not replaced when the attribute name contained any punctuation/misc characters.
- Improved aggregate grouping rows - this now supports displaying the count of records in the group.
- Added support to automatically generate tables from current results.
- Modified the BarcodePrinter and the PrintBarcodePrompt function that was using the context attributes, (which are not available on handheld builds at the moment) to now get them through the session object.
- Ensure text values are properly formatted according to the field style settings.
- Fixed dialog scaling on high resolution devices.
- Fixed null reference exception when invoking printing functions from server events.
