Introduction
Purpose
This manual provides information for the initial setup and ongoing management of a locally-hosted Windmill instance. In most cases, the Windmill service is provided by using the Windmill Client on a mobile device to interface with the DataSplice-hosted Windmill server. In that case, this manual is not necessary, as the server components are managed at the DataSplice location. This manual should only be used when an in-house installation of the Windmill server components is being used at your location.
Audience
This manual is intended for administrators of a locally-hosted Windmill server instance.

The information in this manual pertains to Windmill version 1.2.4 and DataSplice version 2.3.10.0.
