When I try to select the 'Motorola Desktop' scanner driver in the Remote Client (image1), I receive a 'Failed to load a scanner driver' error message (image2).
When using this scanner on a Desktop environment such as Windows 7/8/10, you will need to have the following driver installed in order for DataSplice Remote Client to be able to communicate to it. Download it from the location below, and install it with default options.
