Whenever updates or changes are made to the DataSplice client it is important to clear the application's cache for proper performance.

1)  From the DataSplice app's login page navigate to "Select Server."

2)  From the "Server Select" screen navigate to "Reset Application Storage."

3)  A popup will appear confirming your actions, select the "Reset" button.

4) Completely close out of the application including the background task and reopen.

5)  Ensure the client version matches that of the server.
